EINBLIQ.IO for Operators

Application-level QoE Insights

From Mbps to Experience

Understand, benchmark, and improve network experience from the user’s point of view.

QoE-based analytics that turn streaming data into actionable insights for operations, planning, and marketing.

Why speed tests don’t tell the full story

Synthetic

Speed tests measure raw throughput, not user experience on the screen.

Temporal probing

Speed tests are not representative and miss congestion during live peaks.

No delivery insight

Speed tests ignore CDN capacity, peering, and routing quality that define real user experience.

No business linkage

Speed tests don’t tell operators where to invest for the best subscriber impact.

How EINBLIQ.IO works

Collect and aggregate (privacy-safe)

We process millions of real streaming sessions across multiple OTT services, together with participating streaming partners who agree to collaborate on operator QoE insights.
All data is aggregated, pseudonymized, and standards-based (CMCD, CMSD).
No personal or customer-identifiable information is ever shared. Streamers and end-user remain fully in control of what’s analyzed.

1

Analyze, detect, and validate patterns

We group aggregated data by region, time, CDN, and access network to uncover meaningful trends and local experience patterns.

Machine learning continuously scans these datasets for anomalies and deviations. It can reveal sudden QoE drops on specific routes or during live peaks.

When such clusters appear, AI agents automatically investigate and validate them. They check correlations across peering links, CDNs, and time windows, ensuring only relevant findings are surfaced for review.

2

Turn experience into actions

Validated insights are then transformed into clear, actionable findings for network and planning teams. Operators can detect regional issues faster, prioritize CapEx where it matters, benchmark against competitors, and verify the impact of optimization measures.

Collaborative optimization between operators and streaming services leads to tangible results: Fewer incidents, happier users, and more efficient networks.

Our framework is already expanding to gaming and real-time communication applications, making QoE scoring for operators more complete and representative of overall user experience.

3

Key use cases for operators

Operate

Detect and fix fast

Spot local or temporal QoE drops in near real time and identify the likely cause (peering, CDN, last mile, or Wi-Fi).

Plan

Invest where it matters

Prioritize upgrades by their measurable experience impact. Optimize peering and caching strategy based on QoE outcomes.

Compete

Benchmark & prove differentiation

Compare QoE per region and time against competitors using defensible, standards-based data.

Market

Communicate experience

Launch an “Experience Index” or QoE-based offers backed by real user perception, not synthetic tests.

Care

Deflect support tickets

Use proactive communication when large-scale events affect experience, reducing inbound load.
